"I wanted to take part in the course to have a better understanding on the best ways to help others and how to direct them in the direction to help/recovery. Melissa was great, very knowledgeable, passionate about her subject, approachable and she led the sessions well. I found the days very intense and the second day in particular stirred many emotions but I felt safe and supported throughout. Definitely glad I took part and even if I only ever help one person it will be 100% worth the effort.”
