Wellbeing in the Workplace – with Julie White, HR Consultant & Mental Health First Aid Instructor
Julie has an extensive background and experience working within HR and advising clients/employers on a variety of matters. Through her own personal lived experience, Julie is so very passionate and a great advocate in raising awareness of mental health & wellbeing in the workplace. In this Episode there are lots of questions we can be asking….. How are we supporting ourselves? How are we supporting our staff? Are line managers regularly ‘checking in’ with their staff to ensure that they are ‘ok’ or is it more ‘checking-up’? Are companies focussing / spending money on ‘Health’ as much as ‘Safety’ as part of the H&S budgets.
