Hope ……… we are now turning a corner

We will all experience emotional / mental health challenges at some point in our lives.  And with the arrival of Covid there have been so many additional challenges presented to us: loss of freedom, autonomy, jobs, loved ones, health and so many increased emotions of sadness, confusion, frustration, anger , worry and more.  As lockdown eases and as Hope increases with Spring unfolding and the roll out of vaccines, how are we adapting?
