Understanding Mindfulness with Wellbeing Practioner Rekha Kapoor
Rekha has spent some 20 years caring for others as a Diabetes Nursing Specialist and has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the importance in taking care of ourselves.
We live in a frantic and hectic world which can create a lot of stress on a day to day basis. Through Rekha’s own experiences and in supporting and caring for others she now trains and inspires others to practice Mindfulness. In this session we gain insight and understanding of Mindfulness – how it works and the benefits it can bring to our daily lives be it at home and or at work. And we also get to experience a short mindfulness session at the end.
